Page’s logo depicts an arrow above History + Heart. Why an arrow? She continuously hits the mark of top-producer with her vast knowledge of real estate, charismatic personality, effective communication style, and skilled negotiation expertise. Why History? With 24-plus years of real estate experience in her quiver, Page brings the integrity of her parents’ legacy to the table as well as her own in-depth understanding and instinct for the business. This fifth generation Utah followed the footsteps of her parents, Park City developer Robert Morris and long- time REALTOR® Carlyle Morris, and now shares her insights with her son-in-law Patrick Munger, a licensed REALTOR®. Why Heart? As one of her clients said, “Her heart is pure and her knowledge of the area and industry is unsurpassed. She is proactive and holds the client’s best interest as priority.” Giving back to the community through Sotheby’s Cares 501(c)3 and participating on local boards such as the Legislative Board of the Park City Board of Realtors, Advisory Boards for Utah Open Lands, and Utah Presents at Kingsbury Hall at the University of Utah are also priorities.

The arrow also symbolizes Page’s range of expertise. One of a few REALTORS® that focuses on both Park City/Deer Valley® and Salt Lake City, Page is an invaluable resource as a Global Real Estate Advisor for those either curating their homes for sale or planning their next move. “While any agent can do research and spout facts, Page stands apart, for her personal insights and connections,” attested a repeat client. Over the years, Page witnessed the transformation of Park City from a small mining and ski town into a sophisticated community thriving with beauty, recreation, art, and a connection to the outdoors. This understanding is especially helpful to sellers as she is able to build a detailed narrative on various marketing platforms in order to attract the right audience of buyers. For buyers, Page believes in providing the latest and most reliable information to fulfill their dream of home ownership, likely one of the most important decisions of their lives. Page brings a fresh perspective on the current market and her unique understanding of its new generation of buyers, from millennials looking for first-time homes or investment properties, to families making significant lifestyle changes. She continually refreshes her acumen of the latest digital marketing tools and researches the most up-to- date home design and staging trends to help her sellers get the most out of their initial investment.

Prior to her career in real estate, Page attended the University of Utah, and Universite de Neuchatel in Switzerland with studies in Art and History. She then pursued careers in pharmaceutical and retail sales, as well as spending time as an art consultant. Her extensive sales and consulting background broadened her skills in negotiation and diplomacy, which have helped her to engage and work on both sides of any real estate transaction. Combining her talents, Page considers a home a piece of art that reflects one’s lifestyle and tastes. Page enjoys traveling and learning the culture of an area by frequenting art galleries and connecting with colleagues on the real estate landscape. You may also find Page spending time with her family at their cabin in the Wasatch Mountains or hiking in Utah’s breathtaking landscape that she and many Utahns hold dear and work hard to help preserve for future generations.
